Where our guests stay

5 double rooms, each with private terrace with table and chairs, air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer, soap and shampoo, sheets and towels. No TV.
2 triple rooms, there are 2 double rooms with a third bed. No TV.
2 quadruple rooms / apartments, each with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds that can be united. In each suite there is a private terrace with table and chairs, air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer, soap and shampoo, sheets and towels. No TV. Wi-Fi is available in the common areas at breakfast time.

DAILY PRICES

Prices vary with the period and number of guests. Discounts are available for groups of at least 10 people staying for at least 1 week (min 20%). Contact us for a personalized offer..

Double Room Rates:
from September 16 to April € 50,00 - May € 60,00 - June € 70,00 - July € 80,00 - August € 100,00 - from September 1 to 15 € 70,00.
Triple Room Rates::
from September 16 to April € 62,50 - May € 75,00 - June € 87,50 - July € 100,00 - August € 125,00 - September 1 to 15 € 87,50.
For the triple rooms, the prices are calculated as 25% more than the double room rate. For children up to 10 years old the prices are those of the double room + 10 euros, all year round.
Quadruple rooms / Apartment rates:
from September 16 to April € 80,00 - May € 95,00 - June € 110,00 - July € 128,00 - August € 160,00 - September 1 to 15 € 110,00.
Accomodation conditions

Check-out at 10,00 - Check-in at 14.00

Luggage storage included for arrival and departure; breakfast included in the price; daily room cleaning.
The RESERVATION is booking with a down payment - by bank wire transfer - that is 30% of the total, the balance payment is to be paid upon arrival.

CANCELLATION and WITHDRAWAL:
- up to 30 days prior to arrival there are no penalties and the down payment will be refunded;
- up to 7 days prior to arrival the down payment will not be refunded;
- in this case, Casa Schmidt allows the withheld down payment to be used for a future holiday to be confirmed within the next 365 days. The guest must send in a written notification regarding the cancellation.
